• A unique device identifier generated at first app launch.
• Uploaded images and generated images.
• The selected style, theme, and prompt used.
• Analytics data (such as button clicks and app usage).
• Technical data such as IP address, device type, and error logs.
• Metadata associated with images (which may include location information if embedded in the file).

1.1 Face Data

Images uploaded to Cutepress may include faces. However, we do not analyze, detect, or extract facial data. The images are used solely to apply the selected AI style, and no biometric or facial recognition processing occurs. These images are sent to OpenAI's API for generation purposes, and OpenAI may retain the input and output for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, unless Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is enabled. Uploaded images are retained until the user requests deletion. This can be done through the in-app contact button or by emailing us at support@cutepress.app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain the App.
• Process and generate your images.
• Manage your purchased tokens and generated content.
• Monitor app performance and fix technical issues.
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your data only to provide the service:

• OpenAI: To generate your AI-transformed images.
• Supabase: To store original and generated images securely.
• Railway: To host and manage databases for transactions and system logs.

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

4. Data Storage and Protection

• Your images are stored in private buckets at Supabase.
• Access to content requires knowledge of your unique device ID.
• We use encryption and secure communication channels where possible.
• The app is not intended for storing private, confidential, or sensitive data.

5. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA), China (PIPL), or other applicable regions, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.

We retain your uploaded and generated images and token data until you request deletion. Deleting the app does not automatically delete your stored data. To delete your data, send a request to support@cutepress.app.
